Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the Aircore Services website and to any request for heating, cooling, maintenance, or installation service. By using the website or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Website information
Content on this website is general information, not a diagnosis or a quote for your system. Services, availability, and pricing may change. An appointment is confirmed once we accept your booking.
Same-day service
Same-day arrival windows are offered for requests received before noon on business days, subject to technician availability and service area. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Diagnostics and pricing
A diagnostic fee, quoted when you book, applies to service visits and is credited toward approved repairs. Repairs are priced at flat rates presented in writing before work begins. No work proceeds without your approval.
Replacement and installation
Installation proposals are based on a site assessment and load calculation. Permits, inspections, and equipment registration are included where stated in the proposal. Conditions discovered during installation, such as damaged ductwork or electrical deficiencies, may require a revised proposal.
Warranties
Manufacturer parts warranties depend on the equipment and on registration within the manufacturer’s deadline. Our workmanship coverage is stated on your invoice or proposal and excludes damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, power events, or work by others.
Maintenance memberships
Comfort Club memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Benefits apply to the enrolled system at the enrolled address. Discounts do not combine with other offers.
Payment and financing
Payment is due when work is complete unless a financing agreement or written terms state otherwise. Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or from equipment downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
